THE CONSTITUTION OF MARRIAGE authored by Mrs Margaret Kiyaga on 19. November 2011 at 23:33
HER DIVINE GRACE MARGARET V.N. KIYAGA,
OMEGA,
KATONDA AFIRIKA,
PROPHETESS,
QUEEN OF GOD.
13TH OCTOBER 2011
THE CONSTITUTION OF MARRIAGE
THE GOLDEN RULE:
DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU!
(MATTHEW 7:12)
IN MARRIAGE, NATURAL HUMAN RIGHTS
INSTINCTIVELY GUARANTEE EVERLASTING HAPPINESS.
I Am blessed to be able to proclaim
to the whole world
The Constitution of Marriage
prescribed by Almighty God.
All that is required to guarantee everlasting happiness
IN MARRIAGE
is the instinctive recognition of both partners' natural human rights.
With the requisite, avowed and presumed undying love
and commitment to your spouse and to the marriage,
always remember to do unto your spouse
what you would have your spouse do unto you
until this practice becomes second nature to you.
These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the
Commandments of God and the laws of Nature".
The following are the Articles of the Constitution of Marriage
as prescribed by God:
Article 1.
Give each other true love.
Be proactive in your love.
This means take action on a regular basis to show your spouse your love.
Do not lie to your spouse.
Trust each other. This makes lovemaking wonderful!
For goodness' sake, make love to your spouse
regularly, willingly, happily and thankfully!
Make time for each other, always.
Article 2.
Give each other freedom of choice.
Discuss, and by all means, debate the choices.
If you are sure of your love for each other
why would you be afraid of a healthy argument if it clears the air
for greater understanding and knowledge of one another and a more sincere love.
Just do not overrely on arguments. That is a false premises!
Consult each other on all matters.
Agree on common grounds.
Compromise where possible.
And, God forbid - should there be any areas of disagreement,
settle for the differences to be a reason for celebration.
Article 3.
Be loyal to each other.
The spouse always comes first.
Even before your children, your parents and especially your friends.
God is the resort after your spouse!
If your duty to your country is the issue,
your country will NEVER feel safe in your hands
if you serve it against the wishes of your spouse!
Article 4.
Protect and defend each other.
4.1.Do not contradict each other in public
and if you must do so, the matter has to be really minor!
Look out for each other and for each other's interests.
4.2.Never submit or abandon your spouse
to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Do your best to save or redeem each other from any and all hell!
4.3.You are partners in life. So be a team for goodness' sake.
Article 5.
Provide for and nurture each other.
Do your best to ensure shelter, food and clothing,
and all other basic needs as much as you can, for each other.
Then with this basic commitment in place
ask God to help you provide the extras and the special!
In most cases the man provides
and the woman contributes whenever possible or necessary.
Similarly in nature the woman is the main nurturer
and the man supports her and shares in this role.
However, natural abilities, physical needs, emergencies
and other consideratons may alter these dynamics.
This should not affect the marriage in the least.
Never subject each other to slavery.
Only perverts want sex with those who enslave them.
Article 6.
Recognise, respect, protect and defend each other's human rights
as stipulated in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Article 7.
Love each other much
and to that add some more love.
7.1.Love your children both of you together.
7.2.Honour your parents and each other's exactly the same!
In this, remember your own children are watching!
7.3.Try to love each other's family, they are your relatives.
Remember the old adage:
"Charity begins at home!"
So love your families
before you can love friends and/or serve society!
Be tolerant and understanding of in-laws,
satan IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.
7.4.Do NOT hurt each other.
Do not be unfair to each other.
If you love each other, you will never be jealous of each other
or each other's family.
You love each other,
so you will not seek to undermine each other nor each other's family.
INSTEAD YOU WILL BE PROUD OF EACH OTHER ALWAYS.
Always remember to pray and ask for God's blessings for your marriage and family.
Article 8.
Be lucky!
BE HAPPILY MARRIED.
God.

HOW A GOOD BLACK MAN CAN FIND LOVE
You are already good, so that is sorted!
Now find love in your heart,
first for those in your own family -
mother, father, sisters, brothers even pets!
this is really a good foundation as the secrets of your love life in the future
are hidden in these family relationships.
The reasons you love some of your family members
more or differently will be your guiding principles
in your choice of a mate.
Remember your own character is a factor.
But then you say you are already good!
Now love your neighbour and make friends.
Make these relationships nice, wholesome and free!
This means, you allow yourself freedom of choice
of activities and even of the type and the nature of the friendships
You too do the same for the other person (neighbour or friend).
Also, allow yourself and the other person freetime.
Let your friends go back to their families or loved ones or other private activity that does not include you!
Let them understand that you have to do the same!
Now you know how to love,
you can start trying to find a soul mate, perhaps for life.
Fall in love.
Good luck.

Lukwago has two difficult choices: adapt - stop bickering with Musisi and keep voters onside - or quit. authored by kasepiki on 2. October 2011 at 17:57
Mr Muhesi says: “Lukwago is a man who yarns spot light. Sadly he finds himself out manoeuvred by the system. With his experience as a rabble-rouser in parliament, he should have read the writing clearly on the wall about KCC mayor ship as merely ceremonial.”
I agree with you Mr Muhesi, Lukwago misjudged this one. But he can’t claim ignorance of the ‘diminished role/diminished responsibility’ status of a new Kampala mayor.
Chances are, being a lawyer and “litigious”, he assumed that once installed as mayor, he could set traps for the executive [NRM], publicly moan about interference, obstructions etc, earn sympathy and then turn to the courts and engineer Parliament to beef up his role. If there is mileage in that, I don’t know, but the downside is Lukwago could spend his entire term engulfed in lengthy and costly litigation and lose at the end of it all.
What is obviously not in doubt is being mayor of Kampala is no longer the assured launch pad to greater heights it used to be. If Lukwago had designs on relying KCCA offices to woo voters and worthy recognition beyond the city and country, he is in for a shock. The job has been tailored to suit retirees not highly ambitious young politicians. Buoyed by flattening Sematimba at the polls, Lukwago must feel bitter for ending up weighed down by a lowly ‘dead’ job, a job that will surely keep him sulking for a long time.
And signs are Musisi’s star will inevitably rise and shine brightly (especially so if she maintains her tough stance on entrenched sloppiness in construction, KCCA business activities and property disposals or acquisitions).
It is all in Lukwago’s hands now. If he is to remain relevant, he can’t keep on being antagonistic and alienating voters (voters are fickle and easily tire of such tactics, more so when the ‘enemy’ keeps scoring points). The unthinkable alternative is for Lukwago to remain confined in the doghouse, sulking, issuing endless threats and writs.
As for yearning for publicity, Lukwago is as guilty as the next politician – a politician, especially one disadvantaged by operating in the opposition, is worth nothing if he/she is publicity-shy. That aside, unless I read it wrong, Lukwago still wants to wield power and influence policy, so the only viable option left for him is to swallow his pride, end the KCCA misery, leave the kennel and re-enter Parliament politics at the first opportunity.
That said, in future, it will be interesting to know how many people will actually bother voting for anyone whose major roles involve tending to visiting dignitaries to the city as well as officiating at sports galas, openings of clinics and schools.

Mr. kasepiki, Lukwago is a lawyer, very litigious and yarns publicity. He 's a showman by default!ing! authored by muhesi on 2. October 2011 at 04:25
I beg to differ with your take Mr. kasepiki, on the ensuing battles between Lukwago and Jennifer Musisi.
True the duo are locking horns on orders from above, by that I mean their respective parties. Anyone who cares to understand African politics should by now know how this will pan out.
Lukwago is a man who yarns spot light. Sadly he finds himself out manoeuvred by the system.
With his experience as a rabble-rouser in parliament, he should have read the writing clearly on the wall about KCC mayor ship as merely ceremonial. Again the man is a lawyer and very litigious. It’s no surprise why "streetwise" DP man “Hajji” jumped ship with his abysmal record in KCC joining the ruling party to save his own tummy as always.
Sematimba should have been left to tussle it out with this lady Jennifer, both coming from the same camp. Pro NRM KCCA would have no one but themselves to blame for any potential failures. The overall winners would have been Kampala electors.
Lack of internal wrangles would create the right environment for service delivery and no finger pointing at who was the detractor of policy and implementation by the KCCA.
I can now see a situation where Musisi blames her adversary for dragging her to court and wasting her valuable time best spent on vital issues of KCCA. NO prizes for naming the overall looser as the two continue their wrangles while taxpayers foot their irresponsible court theatre.

boda bodas authored by christopher samuel on 2. October 2011 at 02:32
| Fact is that at the level which our economy is in we still need them(boda bodas) alot, people are feeding there families based on riding those boda bodas, and also the boda bodas offer an alternative transport means around the city, making transport cheap because of the increased competition, i also believe that it is apparently not the right time to pull boda bodas out of the city, considering the current political situation in and out of the country(strikes, and struggle for power), what i mean this decision to pull them out of the city will just worsen the political and economic crisis, for example increased government opposition, and increased levels of unemployment which will lead to low levels of demand for goods and services in our economy, and may be later on lead to a recession. I would advise the current NRM Government to be very very careful on this matter, because it could be one of the major causes of its drastic down fall and loss of political support and popularity among the local poor people who are the majority.
