Uganda Peoples Congress Party Delegates' conference starts today at Mandela national stadium at Namboole.

The conference kicks of this morning at 10 am with the registration of delegates.

According to party's Electoral Commission chairperson over 1000 members across the country are expected to attend and elect new party office bearers.
