Wash your nails regularly; keep a small hand brush and cream. If your nails are painted, renew the polish whenever it chips. Do not keep the nails too long and cut them in a flat shape because the round shape breaks nails. Avoid frequent buffing of nails because it makes them thin, hence they break easily.
