YOU have heard about city tycoon Michael Ezra who displayed $3m in cash for journalists at the classy Emin Pasha Hotel in the Nakasero.

What you were probably not told is that the sports philanthropist booked the whole hotel not for the press conference alone, but the whole time he will be around. In fact he hires the full facility whenever he is in town.

The last time we wrote about him, he had rented the two floors of the presidential suites at Sheraton Kampala Hotel. He even bragged about how he books them for several months and makes them a no go area for whichever VIP is interested.

Now he has shifted to Emin Pasha. His bodyguards dressed in black suits and dark shades take over the entrance and occupy all corridors every time he is at the hotel.

A source at the hotel confirmed that Ezra holds birthday parties for his children at the premise under maximum security.
