I can’t control my sexual feelings
I am a devoted Christian and my faith does not allow me to have sex outside marriage.

I am still single but I often get sexual feelings that I struggle to contain. What can I do?

You are a normal human being. Do not be guilty. Whether you are male or female, Christian or of whatever faith, it is normal to have sexual feelings.

It is not certain how old you are, but from about teenage, people experience a rise in sexual feelings. The feelings then fade with age.

However, this also varies between males and females. You need to understand that you do have the power to control sexual feelings until you can express them freely with your spouse.

Being a Christian, believe in your faith and it will work for you.

Avoid pornography and try to keep yourself busy. Being a Christian, you can pray to God to give you the strength to control yourself. Hang in there, you can wait till marriage.
