Catalina and Sebastian together again
Chucho confronts Jessica and she confesses she helped to forge the new will of Guadalupe. Sebastian and Martina arrive in time to overhear Jessica’s confession and they demand to be shown where their father is. Carmelo overhears Marcelo and Emilia plotting to run away together. He is furious because Marcelo is also turning against him. He decides to kill them both. Catalina, Luisa and Alicia discover Gustavo lying unconscious in the street and they rush him to the hospital. Guadalupe is taken to the same hospital by a stranger who finds him by the roadside. Gustavo tells his children and wife that Carmelo ordered his men to beat him up. Catalina is furious but Adela defends Carmelo. Carmelo orders one of his henchmen to watch over Catalina while the other goes out to look for Guadalupe again. Catalina pretends to be going to the bathroom but instead goes to meet Sebastian. She tells him she is pregnant with their child but he is hesitant to believe. Catalina follows him to Jessica’s apartment and tells him she has never slept with Carmelo and that the marriage was all part of a deal. Sebastian weakens and kisses her. They both get drunk and they pass out in each others arms. Will they be reconciled?

Maria Teresa sees Valentina
Maria Teresa agrees to marry Santos so they announce the news to the all the workers who are very happy. Valentina changes her appearance so she will not be recognised by the villagers. Father Damian tells Maria Teresa that neither her wedding to Enrique nor Valentina’s wedding to Santos are valid because he has not yet been ordained. Sibila appears to Maria Teresa. She also appears to Santos and warns him about that there is danger near by and only his love for Maria Teresa will conquer it. Isabela and Felipe go to the police and report Maria Teresa for kidnapping Valentina. The police say they will need Valentina to make a statement before they can arrest Maria Teresa. Alcira and Valentina are in the fields when they run into Santos. Santos doesn’t recognize Valentina and invites them to his engagement party at the Storm. Sibila asks to speak to Maria Teresa and asks her forgiveness for abandoning her. Maria Teresa visits Valentina’s grave and is shocked to see Valentina alive and well. Will the wedding plans be put on hold?
