THE race for the position of the deputy treasurer of NRM is one of the most competitive ones.
Henry Banyenzaki, the Rubanda County MP , Maria Mutagamba the Minister of Water and Environment, Jacob Oulanya and the incumbent Singh Katongole.

President Yoweri Museveni’s young brother, Sedrack Nowomugisha, 35, has also jumped into the race.

Between 2003 and 2006, Nowomugisha worked in the marketing department of Civil Aviation authority.
He has been part of the NRM national mobilisation committee.
