NOODLES are one of the staple dishes of the Chinese. Fried noodles recipe are easy to prepare and you will have a meal ready just in seconds. Noodles can be got from supermarkets at between sh800 to sh2,000.

Follow the steps below to prepare noodles in the comfort of your kitchen.

Ingredients
Noodles 200g
2 medium onions sliced
1 medium carrot grated
Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
Salt (a pinch)
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

Method
Heat the oil in the saucepan
Add onions and carrots and stir for one minute
Add noodles and salt
Add soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes
Add half a cup of water if desired
Simmer for two minutes and serve hot.
