1. Why register

You must be a registered subscriber to use the news archive, to sign up for newsletters or to use the discussion board at the New Vision Online.

Through this registration process, some information is collected from our users. This information is needed to provide a better service to our readers.

We assure you that all information collected is handled with utmost respect for your privacy and confidentiality.

2. Will I be charged?

Not at all. There is no fee attached to this. Registering to read the New Vision online is completely free of charge

3. How do I register?

The process is easy though occasionally some people find problems registering.

We have two points from where you will be prompted for your e-mail and a secret password. Just above the navigational bar of our front page, you will find a small dialogue box where you can log-in or click to go to the registration page. You will also be prompted if without logging-in you click to read more details of the articles on our website.

You will get a page that has two questions and dialogue boxes below each of them.

• The first question is: Are you already a member?
  
  

  This question applies to a subscriber(s) already registered using his/her/their e-mail address and a password.

  If you are already registered, please take a moment, log into your account with your details (e-mail address and a password).

  Under this section you can also select the option to update your profile.

  If you are not on a public/shared computer, you can opt to select "Remember Me on this computer" before proceeding to click the "Log in" button. This will save you time logging in every time you want to access the website.

• The second question is: Are you a new member?
  
  

  This question is targeted at those who want to make a new registration in order to fully access The New Vision Online or to become subscribers.

  The process takes a few minutes.

  You will meet the following areas that you will have to fill in accordingly:
  
  Name: Your name
  E-mail Address: Your address
  Password: This could be any figures from 1 to 9 or letters of the alphabet from a to z
  Re-type Password: Repeat the above password
  Sex: Choose if you if you male or female
  Age: Insert your age here
  Level of Education: Select from the drop-down menu that pops up here
  Nationality: Select from the drop-down menu that pops up here
  Country of Residence: Select from the drop-down menu that pops up here
  Physical Address*: Optional

  Also, you have an option of receiving our Newsletter with daily headline news services. You can select which news headlines you would like to receive and it will be delivered directly into your mailbox.

4. Does your password have toresemble your e-mail's password?

Never. Your password may be any combination of letters and figures that you can easily remember.

After filling in the required information, submit your registration.

5. I have problems logging in
