Discussion Board Posting Policy

We welcome your participation in our Discussion Board (also referred to as the Bulletin Board). Our goal is to encourage discussion and civil debate on a variety of topics. In order to maintain a civil forum community, we require our users to follow a few basic guidelines:

1. All views, ideas and opinions stated by various contributors on this forum are not to be considered as endorsed by management and management accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or omissions in relation to views, ideas and opinions expressed herein.

2. You cannot upload to the web site, or distribute or otherwise publish through it, anything that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or abusive, or that otherwise violates any law of the Republic of Uganda.
    

3. The Discussion Board can be used only in a noncommercial manner. You cannot, without the express approval of New Vision, distribute or otherwise publish material containing any solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation of goods or services.
    

4. While we do not and cannot review every message posted in the Forums and are not responsible for the content of these messages, we reserve the right to delete, move, or edit messages that we deem abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable. We reserve the right to remove the posting privileges of users who violate these standards of forum behavior at any time.
