The New Vision Printing and Publishing Corporation employs 230 permanent staff and about 150 casual staff. Around 1500 vendors and newspaper agents are also primarily dependent on The New Vision for their livelihood.
 

The New Vision Printing and Publishing Corporation prints two daily titles, The New Vision and the local language (Luganda) Bukedde from its head office at Plot 2/4 Third Street Kampala. The Sunday Vision and Bukedde ku Ssande are also published from Third Street.

The New Vision also publishes three weekly vernacular papers, Orumuri, Rupiny and Etop from their respective offices in Mbarara, Lira and Soroti.

Organisationally, the New Vision is divided into Administration, Advertising, Circulation, Accounts, Editorial (New Vision), Sunday Vision, Bukedde, Orumuri, Rupiny and Etop.
